Symmetrical installation and balance control:

Choose the inlet and outlet as installation points to maintain relative balance. Install a hopper at the load end of the hoist, and also install a hopper at the corresponding no-load end to avoid reversal due to uneven load.

Place the hopper in the middle of two chains, ensuring that the four holes of the chain align with the four holes of the hopper. Insert the bolts outward from the hopper and install the flat washer, spring washer, and high-strength nut in sequence.

Secondary fastening and anti loosening treatment:

The installation method for the four holes is the same. After installation, use tools to tighten them again to ensure that the nuts are tightened in place.
