Carbon steel pipes

Based on the specifications and shape requirements of the pipes, different forming methods are employed to process the raw materials into tubular forms. Seamless steel pipes are manufactured through processes such as piercing and pipe rolling; welded steel pipes are completed through procedures like plate rolling and welding.

Welding: For welded steel pipes, welding is a critical process. Appropriate welding methods and materials are adopted to ensure the quality and performance of the welds. After welding, non-destructive testing, such as radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing, is performed on the welds to check for any defects.
