Basic Structure

The valve body: It has a cylindrical structure and serves as the outer shell of the valve. Both ends of the valve body are connected to pipelines, with a fluid channel formed inside. The material and design of the valve body must be able to withstand the pressure of the fluid in the pipeline and ensure the overall structural stability.

The disc: It is in the shape of a circular disk and is installed within the fluid channel of the valve body. Its diameter matches the inner diameter of the valve body channel. By rotating, the disc changes the degree of opening of the channel, thereby controlling the flow rate of the fluid.

The valve stem: One end of the valve stem is connected to the disc, and the other end is connected to the pneumatic actuator.
