The production process of Kulun Flag's rolled flanges

I. Production Process

Cutting Strip: First, cut the medium plate into appropriate strips. The length of the strips is determined based on the specifications of the large flange.

Rolling into a Circle: Use a rolling machine to roll the strips into a circle and weld the joint securely with welding rods.

Flattening Treatment: Flatten it using a press machine.

Fine Processing: Further process the flange with a lathe for water lines, chamfering, and other processes.

Drilling Holes: Use a dividing head in conjunction with a drilling machine to drill the bolt holes.
