Material cutting

Cut the canvas according to the design dimensions to ensure neat edges.

Sewing and Forming

Use a sewing machine to sew the cut material into a tube shape, with evenly dense stitches to avoid air leakage.

Create borders and flanges

Weld the frame with angle steel or stainless steel bars, fix it at both ends of the flexible connection, and weld flanges for connection with the pipeline.

Fixed and sealed

Cover the frame with canvas or fabric and secure it with a pressure strip to ensure that the material is flat and wrinkle free. Add a sealing gasket at the flange connection to improve air tightness.
