Steel Pipe Flange

  Steel pipe flanges are flanges installed on carbon steel pipes. Common specifications typically include 40x4, 50x5, and 60x6, where, for example, "40x4" means the flange has a width of 40 mm and a thickness of 4 mm, "50x5" indicates a width of 50 mm and a thickness of 5 mm. Commonly used sizes (nominal diameters) are 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, and so on, with the maximum diameter capable of being manufactured up to 1600 mm. Generally, the thickness of large-diameter flanges is greater than that of small-diameter flanges.

The installation method is usually welding; the flange is directly welded onto the pipe. Subsequently, bolts are used for further assembly.Fixed connection pipeline
