Fengzhen fan flange using galvanizing process

If the flange of Fengzhen fan is galvanized, it usually involves hot-dip galvanizing or electroplating. Hot dip galvanizing is the process of immersing flanges in a molten zinc solution at around 500 ℃ to attach a zinc layer to the surface, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for harsh environments; Electrogalvanizing uses electrolysis to deposit zinc ions on the surface of the flange, forming a coating. The process is more refined, but the corrosion resistance is slightly weaker. After galvanizing, the flange surface is smooth and corrosion-resistant, which can extend the service life and ensure the stable operation of the fan in humid, acidic and alkaline environments.
