The TD100 bucket elevator employs a standard conveyor belt and utilizes a centrifugal discharge method. It is suitable for handling non-abrasive and slightly abrasive materials in powder, granular, or small lump form with a bulk density less than 1.5t/m3. When equipped with a standard conveyor belt, the material temperature can be less than 60°C; when equipped with a heat-resistant belt, the material temperature can be less than 200°C. The bucket capacity is 200mm. Shallow round-bottom buckets are selected. The axle distance between the drive pulley at the head of the elevator and the tensioning pulley at the tail is 1100mm. The overall dimensions of the machine are 820mm.
